FTM (Fingerprint Triggered Matching) option required in case SDI does not include embedded timecode. Order captions from various captioning companies from the cloud or create yourself. Select your caption and playout video from your HDCAM deck or NLE to caption your SDI output.
USD9 per 1 hour running time of uploaded video is charged when creating captions yourself. This includes full usage of the CaptionCast cloud based editor that offers all functionality of a closed caption editing S/W plus secure video hosting. This fee is waived when placing orders to captioning companies directly from the CaptionCast Cloud.

Install CaptionCast Uploader on a Mac or Windows computer. Add a watch folder. It can be local or in a network. Whatever is dropped in there gets transcoded into low-res proxy and uploaded securely to the cloud.

Please note that CaptionCast does not use speech recognition and is not an automatic/inaccurate caption encoder. All captions are pre-created by human prior to broadcast and automatically cued during broadcast.

CaptionCast Pro can simultaneously match up to 1,500 hrs of content. This means that if you've captioned 1,500 hrs of content on the cloud and play any one of them through your SDI signal, CaptionCast can instantly identify and trigger accurate closed captions.

New release in a broadcast channel is usually around 1,200hrs per year. 1,500hrs can store more than 1 years' worth of content. CaptionCast intelligently Unsyncs past fingerprints if the capacity reaches its maximum. You can also upgrade CaptionCast's maximum capacity. Please consult with us on such requirements.
No, I don't want anything deleted.
Don't worry. Nothing's deleted. Unsync doesn't mean they'll be deleted from the cloud. If you need to reuse them, all you need to do is just click Sync To CaptionCast. If there are contents you plan to air after a year, you can set to protect them so it doesn't Unsync.
